I Love Magnolia Stamps!!

I can't stop using my Magnolia stamp's! I just love them, especially since I discovered fantastic Pro Marker's!! I have been making load's of Mother's Day cards for all the guy's at Mark's work to buy, as they were complaining that all of the Mother's Day card's were too girlie for them to send to there mum's. At first I was not sure what they were on about, as you dont really want to send a male Mother's Day card do you? I mostly used Tilda, but they wanted Edwin as they thought the picture on the front was meant to be them! haha I suppose they have a point!? Anyone else had this mentioned to them?

I have just ordered more Magnolia stamp's, and can't wait for them to turn up!!!

Anyway, I best get on with making some more cards for tomorrow! I need to earn a bit of dosh to pay for this Magnolia order............hehe!

Tilda in cherry dress - For you

Just made this for my friend as she just told me she managed to get into Leicester Uni which she been hoping to get accepted into for ages! Im so pleased for her, so im going to send this to her with lots of congratulations and luck - hope she likes it!

Exploding Box!

I was reading one of my many crafty magazines and came across this excellent idea just before Xmas. My friend was leaving for France for a year and I wanted to make her something special that would remind her of our friendship and close friends. So I thought I would make this exploding box, entiltied 'Bon Voyage'!

I had some lovely travel embellishments and papers to use up so after sticking it all together I then added some photos of us through the years! I thought it would be nice to also wish her lots of luck by sticking a 4 leaf clover on the inside of the lid. Just to finish it off, I stuck a lovely big gold bow on the top of the lid so it looked like a present.

My friend was really pleased with it and was clearly moved at the time and effort id put into making it. Only the other day did she mention how lovely it was, and its been about 6 months since she left for France and she still has it out on display!

I hope you like it and maybe have a go yourselves. It can obviously be used for any occassion! There are plenty of templates around on the internet.

Hello All!

I have had a rather busy day today! I went shopping in Watford and paid a visit to the good old Poundland store and found a fair few crafty bargains!! I thought I would take a picture of my goodies to show you how fab they are. £8 is all it cost me! And they are perfect, not seconds or anything! So, as you can see from the pic, I got x4 Scrapbook album and accessories kits, cats and dogs embossed die cut scrapbook kits, holographic easter stickers and double sided adhesive tape/pads! If I were you, id head down to your local store before they run out! hehe

Hi everyone,

I thought it was going to be a lovely day when I got up this morning, but sadly the sun has disapeared and now its a horrible gray day! Fortunatly that doesnt stop me from crafting - yay!

I thought for my first post I would add my latest favourite card using a Magnolia stamp - Tilda in Cherry Dress. Isn't she cute? I have recently discovered Pro Markers which is what I have used here to colour in Tilda, took me a while to get used to, but I think you will agree, not bad results!
